Bikes

8 large bikes (fit for 5 ft – 5 ft 3 in)
24 medium bikes (fit for 54" – 61", age 9–12 years)
8 small bikes (fit for 47" – 55", age 5–9 years)

Helmets

36 small/medium helmets
4 large/X-large helmets

Repair responsibility: Rental fees do not include damage/repair costs.
Additional charges: + cost of any repairs needed after your rental.

We’ll confirm your reservation and share pickup/return details.
After return, complete the after-rental evaluation.

The bike fleet trailer is 22 ft long, 8 ft wide, weighs about 2500 lbs, and requires a 2 inch ball hitch. Pick up and drop off at the Itasca County Family YMCA I am part of a school district and can submit a maintenance request within my district for transport from the YMCA to user site and back to the YMCA
I need the trailer dropped off and picked up by the Itasca County YMCA.

How many participants are you expecting?
There are 40 bikes in the trailer (8 large, 24 medium, and 8 small). We strive to manage repairs and issues quickly, but some may be out for repairs during your requested dates depending on previous rentals.
